摘要
选取2008—2017年长江经济带各省市的面板数据,实证检验OFDI对先进制造业发展的门槛效应。基于静态门槛模型的研究发现,长江经济带OFDI对先进制造业发展水平具有显著的双重门槛效应。当对外开放度低于第一门槛值时,OFDI对先进制造业发展具有显著的促进作用;当对外开放度介于第一和第二门槛值之间时,这种促进作用逐渐削弱;当对外开放度高于第二门槛值时,OFDI对先进制造业发展具有一定程度的抑制作用。基于动态门槛模型的研究发现,随着对外开放度的提高,长江经济带OFDI对先进制造业发展水平具有显著的单门槛效应,并呈现先促进后抑制的倒“U”形特征。进一步,从对外开放度的三个子维度检验OFDI对先进制造业发展影响的门槛异质性,发现OFDI对先进制造业发展存在社会开放度的单门槛效应和技术开放度的双门槛效应,且均呈现先促进后抑制的倒“U”形特征,经济开放度的门槛特征不显著。
The panel data of all prouinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2008 to 2017 are selected,and the threshold effect of OFDI on the development of advanced manufacturing is empirically tested.Using a static threshold model,it is found that OFDI in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a significant dual threshold effect on the development level of advanced manufacturing.When the degree of openness is lower than the first threshold,OFDI has a significant role in promoting the development of advanced manufacturing.When the degree of openness is higher than the first threshold and lower than the second threshold,OFDI has a significant role in promoting the development of advanced manufacturing,but this promotion effect is gradually weakening.When the degree of openness is higher than the second threshold,OFDI has a certain degree of inhibitory effect on the development of advanced manufacturing industry.Using the dynamic threshold model,it is found that with the development of openness,OFDI has a significant single threshold effect on the advanced manufacturing in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and has an inverted U-shaped characteristic of promoting first and then inhibiting.From the three sub-dimensions of openness,the threshold heterogeneity of the impact of OFDI on the development of advanced manufacturing is further examined.It is found that OFDI has a single threshold effect of social openness and a double threshold effect of technological openness in the development of advanced manufacturing,both of which show an inverted U-shaped characteristic of promoting first and then inhibiting,and the threshold characteristic of economic openness is not significant.
