面向多层次网络化的轨道交通行车调度指挥系统构建 被引量:5

摘要 在我国都市圈蓬勃发展的大背景和轨道交通“四网融合”的政策指引下,打通不同圈层间的技术壁垒、形成互联互通网络化布局的轨道交通网是未来的发展趋势。行车调度指挥系统作为列车控制的上层环节,是实现跨线、跨网列车运行控制和管理的关键部分。依据对目前各层次中行车调度指挥系统应用现状调研的结果,提出首先在都市圈轨道交通层搭建全局调度系统;再根据整体的功能需求和线网规划,分别实施与国家铁路CTC系统和城市轨道交通ATS系统接口;最后依据全局调度系统的架构定型开发外部接口,从而构建出能够面向多层次、适应网络化的轨道交通行车调度指挥系统。本文旨在助力推动轨道交通网络化的运营发展,解决目前多网融合的瓶颈问题,为面向多层次网络化的轨道交通行车调度指挥系统的建设提供参考。 Under the background of the vigorous development of China’s metropolitan areas and the policy guidance of the“four networks integration”of rail transit,it is the development trend to break through the technical barriers between different circles and form the interconnection and interoperation rail transit network.As the upper link of train control,the traffic dispatching command system is the key component to realize train operation control and management cross line or network.Based on the investigation results of the current application of the train dispatching command system at each level,it is proposed to build the network-based dispatching system in the metropolitan area firstly,and then implement the interface with CTC system from the national railway and ATS system from the urban rail transit respectively,according to the overall functional requirements and line network planning.Finally,it is necessary to develop the external interface in accordance with the architecture of network-based dispatching system and construct the traffic dispatching command system for multi-level network rail transit.The paper aims to promote the development of rail transit network operation,solve the current bottleneck of multi-network integration,and provide reference for the construction of multi-level network traffic dispatching command system of rail transit.
