摘要
轨道交通应急平台是以公共安全科技和信息技术为支撑、以应急管理流程为主线、软硬件相结合的突发公共事件应急保障技术系统,是实施应急预案的工具。运用现代安全科技和信息规划理论,通过研究城市轨道交通应急指挥平台的体系结构、层次结构、应用结构和功能机构,提出建立城市轨道交通应急指挥平台所需要的关键技术,包括信息资源整合共享技术和城市轨道交通地理信息系统技术等。
Urban rail transit emergency platform, which is supported by public safety and information technology, emergency-management-process-oriented and backed up by both hardware and software, is the tool for implementing emergency preparedness plan. By applying modem safety science and information planning theory and taking as the basis the study of system structure, arrangement structure, application structure and function organization for the emergency platform of urban rail transit, the key technologies for establishing urban rail transit emergency commanding platform are put forward, including the technology of integrating and sharing the information resources, geographical information system for urban rail transit, etc.
