摘要
为了更好地发挥信息化技术在地铁安全管理方面的作用,本文阐述了城市轨道交通安全管理信息化设计的关键技术,基于传统的风险管控、隐患排查、应急管理等基础工作,论述了安全管理一体化信息系统建设的原则和总体思路,介绍了南京地铁安全管理信息系统风险管控、隐患排查、应急管理等主要模块的建设实践,将安全管理一体化信息系统应用于南京多条线路的风险管控、隐患排查与应急管理,显著提高了工作效率和管理水平,逐步实现了安全管理工作标准化、信息化、流程化和规范化。研究结果可为同行提供技术层面的参考和借鉴。
In order to better play the role of information technology in subway safety management,the key technologies of the information-based design of urban rail transit safety management is expounded in this paper..Based on the traditional basic work of risk control,hidden danger investigation and emergency management,it discusses the principles and general ideas of the construction of the integrated safety management information system,and introduces the construction practice of the main modules of Nanjing Metro safety management information system,such as risk control,hidden danger investigation and emergency management.The application of safety management integrated information system to risk management and control,hidden danger investigation and emergency management of multiple lines in Nanjing has significantly improved work efficiency and management level,and gradually realized the standardization,informatization,flow and standardization of safety management.The research results can provide technical reference and reference for peers.
