摘要
为提高各省、市轨道交通公司建立风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防机制的可执行力,以交通运输部下发的风险分级和隐患排查管理办法相关规定作为总纲,结合各城市轨道交通公司先进经验方法,最大限度地规避运营安全风险,降低运营管理成本,为轨道交通工程运营提供安全保障,为新开通城市轨道交通运营安全管理提供参考。
In order to improve the enforceability of the dual prevention mechanism of risk-graded management and control,and hidden danger investigation and management established by provincial and municipal rail transit companies,by taking the relevant provisions of the risk classification and hidden danger investigation and management measures issued by the Ministry of Transport as the general outline,and combing the advanced experience and methods of various urban rail transit companies,the operational safety risks are avoided to the maximum extent,the operational management costs are reduced,and the safety guarantee for the operation of rail transit projects is provided,which provides reference for the operation safety management of newly opened urban rail transit.
