摘要
胃食管反流病是消化科常见病,也是中医药治疗优势病种。李师认为其发病与阴火蒸腾密切相关,常表现为“热”与“逆”的病机特点,以及寒热虚实互见的复杂证候。因此,治疗上不能见火治火,见逆降逆,而应着眼于补益中焦脾胃,使元气充足,升降有序,阴火自潜。根据阴火的表现形式和程度不同,临证具体从补脾胃、充元气;泻阴火、调寒热;调气机、散郁火等方面入手,疗效突出。李师从阴火论治该病实则体现了中医“治病必求于本”的特色,为今后阴火理论的深入探讨和胃食管反流病的治疗提供新思路。
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common disease in gastroenterology, and also a dominant disease in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Dr.LI believed that the onset of the disease was closely related to Yin fire, which often manifested the pathogenesis characteristics of “heat” and “Qi reverse”,as well as the complex syndromes of cold and heat with deficiency and excess.Therefore, in treatment, we should not treat fire with fire, but reduce it with fire.Instead, we should focus on tonifyingspleen and stomach of the middle energizer, making the deficiency sufficient, ascending and descending orderly, and Yin fire self submerging.According to the different manifestations and degrees of Yin fire, the clinical symptoms are as follows: tonifyingspleen and stomach, replenishing vital energy.It can purge Yin and fire, regulate cold and heat.It is effective to regulate Qi and dispel depression fire.In fact, Dr.LI′s theory of treating the underlying disease from Yin fire reflects the characteristic of “treating the disease must be based on the root” of traditional Chinese medicine, which provides a new idea for the further discussion of Yin fire theory and the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in the future.
