摘要
某自备电厂65t/h干熄焦锅炉,水冷壁管平均垢量高达3539.6g/m2,远大于规定的清洗上限。文章介绍了通过水冲洗、二次碱洗+酸洗、漂洗和钝化的工艺,成功将垢层去除,对以硫酸盐和硅酸盐为主、结垢严重的锅炉本体,提出了可行性的解决办法,为同类型结垢严重、难溶垢的锅炉本体化学清洗提供了参考。
The average scale of the water wall tube of 65t/h coke quenching boiler in a self-owned power plant is as high as 3539.6g/m2,which is much higher than the specified cleaning upper limit.The paper INTRODUCES the process of water washing,secondary alkali washing+pickling,rinsing and passivation,which successfully removes the scale layer,and puts forward feasible solutions for the boiler body mainly with sulfate and silicate and serious scaling,which provides a reference for the chemical cleaning of the same type of boiler body with serious scaling and insoluble scaling.
