摘要
在DTPA和EDTA基础上进行改性处理制备了除垢剂(简称BSSR)。BSSR能够与Ba^(2+)形成稳定的五元环螯合物,对硫酸钡除垢率超过90%。在高温条件下,BSSR能够与碳酸盐岩缓速反应,对比盐酸的缓速率为99.8%。BZ-X-11井由于硫酸钡结垢问题导致停产,使用BSSR解堵作业后,日产液60 m^(3),日产油40 m^(3)。BZ-X-2井开发层位属于潜山碳酸盐岩储层,井底流温185℃,常规酸液在缓速和缓蚀方面很难满足需求,使用BSSR作业后,该井产气量由43000 m^(3)/d提升至147000 m^(3)/d。
Barium sulfate scale remover(BSSR)was prepared by modification on the basis of DTPA and EDTA.BSSR can form a stable five-membered ring chelate with Ba^(2+),and the scale removal rate of barium sulfate exceeds 90%.Under high temperature conditions,BSSR could slowly react with carbonate rocks.Compared with hydrochloric acid,the retardation rate of BSSR is 99.8%.Well BZX-11 was closed due to barium sulfate scaling.After removing the blockage with BSSR,the daily fluid output was 60m^(3) and the daily oil production was 40m^(3).The development layer of Well BZ-X-2 belongs to buried hill carbonate reservoir,and the bottom hole flow temperature is 185℃.Conventional acid solution is difficult to meet the demand for retardation and corrosion inhibition.The gas production of this well increased from 43000 to 147000m^(3)/d after using BSSR.
