摘要
针对干熄焦锅炉供水水质不达标导致设备管道爆裂、阀门腐蚀严重等严重影响生产安全的问题进行了分析,在对干熄焦锅炉及其工作原理分析的基础上,介绍了干熄焦锅炉的水质要求,特别是除盐水硬度、pH值、电导率等指标对锅炉运行的影响,并对工艺流程、锅炉水质进行了阐述,重点分析了运行过程中出现的问题及采取的措施,并根据实践制定了关键控制参数和应急管理措施。
This paper analyzes on the problems that seriously affect the production safety such as the bursting of equipment pipes and the serious corrosion of valves due to the substandard water supply quality of the coke dry quenching boiler.Based on the analysis of the coke dry quenching boiler and its working principle,this paper introduces the water quality requirements of the coke dry quenching boiler,especially the influence of such indicators as the hardness,pH value and conductivity of demineralized water on the operation of the boiler.The process flow and boiler water quality are described,focusing on the problems occurred in the operation process and the measures taken,and the key control parameters and emergency management measures are formulated according to the practice.
