摘要
目的:观察中药保留灌肠配合超短波治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准且不符合排除标准的72例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予超短波治疗;观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上给予中药保留灌肠,一个疗程后对比总有效率及前列腺症状指数评分。结果:两组治疗后与治疗前相比较,均可减少前列腺症状指数评分(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组与观察组总有效率分别为72.22%、81.58%,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:慢性前列腺炎患者的临床治疗中,使用中药保留灌肠配合超短波治疗,临床效果比较显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods 72 patients with chronic prostatitis who met the diagnostic criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given ultrashort wave treatment on the basis of routine treatment,and the observation group was given retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment scheme of the control group.After a course of treatment,the total effective rate and prostate symptom index scores were compared.Results After treatment,compared with before treatment,the prostate symptom index score of the two groups could be reduced(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 72.22%and 81.58%respectively.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis,retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultrashort wave treatment has a significant clinical effect.
