摘要 读懂学生是小学数学教学的基础。读懂学生应遵循真实、全面、深入的原则,从分析学生的基础知识、思维方式、生活经验、真实需求入手,以课前分析、课中教学、课后作业为契机,采用教材梳理、课堂前测、访谈调查、课堂观察、作业设计等策略,在读懂学生的基础上调整教学策略、教学任务、教学方式,提高课堂教学效率。 Understanding students is the basis of math teaching in primary school.It should follow the three principles of truthfulness, comprehensiveness and depth, starting with the analysis of students′ basic knowledge, mode of thinking, life experience and real needs, and taking pre-class analysis, in-class teaching, and after-class homework as opportunities, using strategies such as textbook sorting, pre-class test, interview survey, classroom observation, and homework design. On the basis of understanding students, teachers should adjust teaching strategies, teaching tasks and teaching methods to improve classroom teaching efficiency.
