摘要
目的察对ICU泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌上呼吸道感染患者应用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠+替加环素治疗的疗效。方法筛选本院2019年12月-2021年12月治疗且符合研究标准的50例ICU泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌上呼吸道感染患者对探究对象,应用随机数字表法分成实验组(n=25)、参照组(n=25)。参照组患者仅应用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠,实验组应用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠+替加环素治疗,比较各组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、治疗情况、不良反应情况。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率高达96.00%,显著较参照组(76.00%)高,P<0.05;实验组白细胞计数、CRP、IL-6、IL-8、PCT水平均显著较参照组低,P<0.05;实验组抗生素使用时间、住院时间较参照组短,APACHEⅡ评分较参照组低,P<0.05。结论予以ICU泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌上呼吸道感染患者头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠+替加环素治疗具有理想效果,可控制病情并降低炎性反应程度,可有效减轻疾病损害,应用价值理想。
Objective To observe the curative effect of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium+tigecycline in patients with upper respiratory tract infection of pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in ICU.Methods A total of 50 ICU patients with pan-drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii upper respiratory tract infection who were treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 and met the research criteria were screened and divided into experimental groups by random number table method(n=25).,the reference group(n=25).The patients in the reference group were only treated with cefoperazone-sulbactam sodium,and the experimental group was treated with cefoperazone-sulbactam sodium+tigecycline.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,treatment conditions,and adverse reactions were compared in each group.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was as high as 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group(76.00%),P<0.05;the white blood cell count,CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and PCT levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group after treatment,P<0.05;the antibiotic use time and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the APACHE II score was lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05 Conclusion Cefoperazone and sulbactam sodium+tigecycline in ICU patients with pandrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii upper respiratory tract infection has an ideal effect,can control the disease and reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction,and can effectively reduce disease damage.ideal value.
