摘要
目的:探讨帕利哌酮辅助治疗对精神分裂症患者实验室指标和临床症状的影响。方法:选择本院2021年12月—2022年12月收治的100例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按治疗方式的不同分为对照组和研究组,各50例;对照组予氯氮平治疗,在此基础上研究组合并帕利哌酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组的FPG、TAG、TC、LDL、PRL、HDL-C以及PRL水平优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的IL-6、IL-1β、IL-2水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组WAIS-RC、PANSS以及LSR水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:帕利哌酮辅助治疗对治疗精神分裂症具有积极意义,有效改善代谢及内分泌指标,降低机体炎症反应,稳定病情,疗效显著且安全性好,可在未来临床治疗加以运用和推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of paraperidone on laboratory indexes and clinical symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:100 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 50 patients in each group;The control group was treated with clozapine,on this basis,the combination of study and the treatment of paliperidone were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of FPG,TAG,TC,LDL,PRL,HDL-C and PRL in the study group were higher than those in the control group β;After treatment,IL-6 and IL-1 of patients in the study group β、The level of IL-2 was lower than that of the control group β;After treatment,the levels of WAIS-RC,PANSS and LSR in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paliperidone has positive significance in the treatment of schizophrenia.It can effectively improve laboratory indicators,stabilize the condition,have significant curative effect and good safety,and can be used and promoted in future clinical treatment.
