摘要
目的探讨氨磺必利对精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)水平及阳性与阴性症状量表(positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)分值的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月期间我院收治的精神分裂症患者156例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组78例。对照组给予利培酮治疗,研究组给予氨磺必利治疗,两组疗程均为8周。比较两组患者治疗前后PANSS评分、血清PRL水平、体质量以及治疗总有效率,并评估两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果治疗8周后,两组PANSS评分总分及各项得分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组PANSS评分总分及阴性症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组血清PRL水平均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),但研究组血清PRL水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的80.76%(P<0.05)。治疗4及8周后,研究组不良反应评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者应用氨磺必利后PRL升高的幅度小于利培酮,而总的不良反应比利培酮更少,有利于改善患者对治疗的依从性,可推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effects of amisulpride tablets on serum prolactin (PRL) level and the scores of positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) in schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 156 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 78 patients in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,while the control group was treated with amesulpride.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.PANSS scores,serum PRL level,body weight and total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total score and each score of PANSS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the total score and negative symptom score of PANSS in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the serum PRL level of both groups was higher than that before treatment (P<0.05),but the serum PRL level in the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.44%,higher than 80.76% of the control group (P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the adverse reaction scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The increase of PRL in patients with schizophrenia using amisulpride is less than that of risperidone,and the total adverse reaction is less than that of risperidone,which is beneficial to improve patients’ compliance with treatment,and can be widely used.
