摘要
目的:探讨PD-1抑制剂与常规化疗对肺癌患者疾病控制效果和免疫功能及预后的影响。方法:选择2021年8月至2022年8月我院收治的60例肺癌患者随机分组,对照组(n=30)应用常规化疗,观察组(n=30)应用PD-1抑制剂单药治疗。比较两组疾病控制效果、免疫功能及预后情况。结果:观察组疾病控制率为84.00%,高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组免疫功能各指标水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总生存期(OS)与无进展生存期(PFS)均长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌患者临床治疗方案选择中,相较于常规化疗,PD-1抑制剂的合理应用可显著提高患者疾病控制效果,且对患者免疫功能损伤程度较为轻微,患者预后结局良好,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effects of PD-1 inhibitor and conventional chemotherapy on disease control,immune function and prognosis of patients with lung cancer.Methods:60 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30),respectively,received conventional chemotherapy and PD-1 inhibitor monotherapy.The disease control effect,immune function and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The disease control rate of observation group was 84.00%,which was higher than that of control group(60.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall survival(OS)and progression-free survival(PFS)after treatment in the observation group were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the selection of clinical treatment plans for lung cancer patients,compared with conventional chemotherapy,the rational application of PD-1 inhibitor can significantly improve the disease control effect of patients,and the degree of immune function damage is relatively minor,and the prognosis of patients is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
