摘要
目的探讨外周血淋巴细胞亚群检测在肺癌患者临床评估与辅助治疗中的应用效果。方法选取新余市人民医院2017-2018年收治的晚期初治肺腺癌患者60例作为肺癌组,另选取同期于本院行体检的健康志愿者为对照组60例。采集外周静脉血后置于流式细胞仪中进行检测,比较肺癌组化疗前与对照组外周血淋巴细胞亚群水平,肺癌组化疗前后外周血淋巴细胞亚群水平,肺癌组化疗后与对照组外周血淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果肺癌组化疗前总T淋巴细胞、Th细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)细胞比值低于对照组,Tc细胞水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗后肺癌组总T淋巴细胞、Th细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)细胞比值高于化疗前(P<0.05);2组Tc细胞水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肺癌组化疗后Tc细胞水平高于对照组(P<0.05);2组总T淋巴细胞、Th细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)细胞比值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外周血淋巴细胞亚群检测在肺癌患者临床评估与辅助治疗中的应用效果良好,可及时评估肺癌患者化疗前后免疫状况,为指导临床治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets detection in clinical evaluation and adjuvant treatment of lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced primary lung adenocarcinoma admitted to Xinyu People’s Hospital from 2017 to 2018 were selected as lung cancer group,and 60 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.Peripheral venous blood was collected and detected by flow cytometry.The levels of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets before and after chemotherapy in lung cancer group and control group were compared.Results Before chemotherapy,the total T lymphocytes,Th cells,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)cell ratio in lung cancer group were lower than those in control group,and the level of TC cells in lung cancer group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the total T lymphocytes,Th cells and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)cell ratio of lung cancer group were higher than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in TC cell level between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of TC cells in lung cancer group after chemotherapy was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in total T lymphocytes,Th cells and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)cell ratio between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets detection in clinical evaluation and adjuvant treatment of lung cancer patients is good,which can timely evaluate the immune status of lung cancer patients before and after chemotherapy,and has important significance for guiding clinical treatment.
