摘要
煤矿智能化对采矿工程专业教育提出了新的要求。智能采矿本科教育人才培养模式是人才培养的坚实基础,该文从培养理念、培养目标、课程体系、培养方式、考核方法、人才结构、师资队伍七个方面,分析当前山西能源学院采矿工程专业智能方向人才培养模式存在的问题,提出“六新一优”人才培养模式创新思路及具体内容。
Intelligent mining has put forward new requirements for mining engineering education.A talent train⁃ing mode for undergraduate education in intelligent mining is a solid foundation for talent training.From the con⁃cept of training,the objectives of training,the system of curriculum,the methods of training,the methods of assess⁃ment,the structure of talents,and teaching staff,the problems existing in the talent training mode of the direction of intelligent mining in the mining engineering major of Shanxi Institute of Energy are analyzed.Then the innova⁃tive idea and specific content of the talent training mode based on“six innovations and one optimization”is pro⁃posed.
