摘要
工匠精神是一种“尚巧、求精和道技合一”的职业精神。新时代工匠精神具有加快我国制造业强国的建设、提升中国品牌国际形象、立德树人促进人的全面发展的时代价值。通过发挥政府指导作用,营造尊崇工匠精神的社会风尚;坚持立德树人,培养“德艺双馨”的双师型教师队伍;深化产教融合,创新校企合作等途径培育新时代工匠精神,有助于实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦。
Craftsman spirit is a kind of professional spirit of“pursuing craftsmanship,refinement and the integration of Taoism and technology”.The craftsman spirit of the new era has the value of accelerating the construction of China\s manufacturing power,improving the international image of Chinese brands,cultivating morality and promoting people\s allround development.By giving play to the guiding role of the government,create a social fashion that respects the spirit of craftsmen;adhere to establishing morality and cultivating people,and cultivate a double qualified teacher team of“virtue and art”;deepening the integration of industry and education,innovating school enterprise cooperation and other ways to cultivate the craftsman spirit of the new era will help realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
