摘要
为了保证11303工作面安全回采,减少11301采空区残余应力影响,决定对工作面顺槽采取切顶施工,对切顶施工方案进行合理选择,决定采用深孔爆破预裂施工。实际应用表明:11303工作面采取深孔爆破预裂施工后,减少集中应力影响,保证了工作面后方顶板在回转作用下沿定向预制裂隙贯通,使采空区顶板能够沿着预裂切顶线及时垮落,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to ensure the safe stoping of working face 11303 and reduce the impact of residual stress in goaf 11301,it is decided to adopt the roof cutting construction for the working face slot,make a reasonable selection of the roof cutting construction scheme,and decide to adopt the deep-hole blasting pre-splitting construction.The practical application shows that after the deep hole blasting presplitting construction in 11303 working face,the influence of concentrated stress is reduced,the roof at the rear of the working face is ensured to be connected along the directional prefabricated crack under the action of rotation,so that the roof in the goaf can collapse in time along the presplitting cutting line,and remarkable application results have been achieved.
