摘要
以塔山煤矿2#8305工作面为工程背景,针对该工作面地质条件设计确定支、卸式留巷维护技术关键参数。对切巷顶板实施密集钻孔联合爆破预裂施工,根据现场实际效果,确定合理钻孔及爆破参数,取得较好的顶板导向切缝效果。考虑到因采动影响造成的上覆岩层顶板应力迁移规律,将采动后留巷两部分区域(超前区域、滞后区域)利用反复支撑成套装备进行加强支护。现场实际观测结果表明,设计超前支护范围60 m,滞后支设范围200 m,满足巷道因采动影响造成的应力集中覆盖区域,8305工作面支、卸式留巷维护技术参数的应用达到较好的留巷效果,同时产生了约1.98亿元的经济效益。
Based on the 2#8305 working face of Tashan coal mine as the engineering background, the key technical parameters of supported and unloaded roadway retention are designed and determined according to the specific geological conditions of the working face.Intensive drilling combined blasting is carried out for the roof of roadway cutting, and reasonable drilling and blasting parameters are determined according to the actual field effect, so as to achieve a better guiding seam cutting effect of the roof. Considering the stress migration law of overburden roof caused by mining, the two parts of roadway left behind after mining(advance area and lag area) are temporarily strengthened with repeated support equipment. The actual field observation results show that the design advance support range of60 m and lag support range of 200 m meet the stress concentration coverage area caused by the influence of mining in the roadway. The application of support and discharge maintenance technical parameters of the 8305 working face achieves better lane retention effect and saves about 198 million yuan of economic benefits.
