摘要
针对综放沿空留巷的技术难点,在分析综放沿空留巷围岩结构力学模型的基础上,提出了巷内充填原位沿空留巷的新技术。此项技术有两个关键方面:一是大断面全煤巷道顶煤完整性的维护;二是大体积长距离充填体的整体稳定性控制。对巷内基本支护为梯形金属支架的原有巷道,提出了实施此项新技术的具体方案。现场工业性试验表明,该项技术的应用是成功而有效的,可在类似条件的综放工作面推广应用。
Aimed at the technical difficulties of gob-side entry retaining in fully-mechanized coalface with top-coal caving (GERFCTC) and based on the analysis of reasonable model of surrounding-rock structure,a new technique of entry-in packing on its original position is put forward. There are two key aspects:(1) to maintain the integrity of the top coal for the entry with large-cross section in the coal seam;(2) to control the stability of the packing body with large volume and long distance. The new technique was applied for a entry which was excavated with normal cross sections for several years,supported by ladder-shaped steel rigid support. The actual steps are put forward. First,the original entry should be reinforced with bolts with bars,wire mesh and cable (BBWC),and the primary ladder-shaped steel support should be removed;Secondly,in the reinforced entry ,the coal wall of the next coalface should be enlarged and supported also by BBWC;finally,in the original entry,the road-in packing should be carried out and the packing body should be reinforced .The results of industrial test and field measurement show that the technique is applied successfully,and can be applied in similar conditions of fully-mechanized coalface with top-coal caving (FCTC).
