摘要
目的 探讨皮肤鳞状细胞癌内miR-383-5p、驱动蛋白家族成员3B(KIF3B)mRNA的表达及临床意义。方法 选取73例皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者作为研究对象,均行手术采集肿瘤标本及癌旁标本。比较肿瘤组织及癌旁组织内miR-383-5p、KIF3B mRNA表达水平,并分析其与病理特征间的关系。结果 肿瘤组织内miR-383-5p表达量低于癌旁组织,KIF3B mRNA表达量高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移及侵袭程度深部患者miR-383-5p表达低于肿瘤分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、淋巴结未转移及侵袭程度浅表患者,KIF3B mRNA表达高于肿瘤分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、淋巴结未转移及侵袭程度浅表患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 miR-383-5p在皮肤鳞状细胞癌内呈低表达,KIF3B mRNA呈高表达,两者均与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移及侵袭程度有关,共同参与肿瘤发展,可为临床诊治提供重要参考。
Objective To investigate the mRNA expression and clinical significance of mir-383-5p and kinesin family member 3B(KIF3B)in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.Methods 73 patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma were selected as the study subjects.All of them underwent surgery to collect tumor specimens and paracancerous specimens.The expression levels of mir-383-5p and KIF3B mRNA in tumor tissues and adjacent tissues were compared,and the relationship between them and pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results The expression of mir-383-5p in tumor tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues,and the expression of KIF3B mRNA was higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05);The expression of mir-383-5p in patients with tumor stageⅢ~Ⅳ,lymph node metastasis and invasion was lower than that in patients with tumor stageⅠ~Ⅱ,lymph node metastasis and invasion(P<0.05);The expression of KIF3B mRNA in patients with tumor stageⅢ~Ⅳ,lymph node metastasis and deep invasion was higher than that in patients with tumor stageⅠ~Ⅱ,lymph node metastasis and superficial invasion(P<0.05).Conclusion mir-383-5p is low expression and KIF3B mRNA is high expression in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.Both of them are related to tumor stage,lymph node metastasis and invasion degree.They participate in tumor development together and can provide important reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
