甘蔗优良品种的黑穗病抗性评价及幼苗生长特性 被引量:2

摘要 甘蔗黑穗病是我国蔗区危害最严重的甘蔗病害之一,引起甘蔗产量的严重损失,培育和筛选抗黑穗病品种是防控黑穗病最有效途径之一。本研究采用人工浸渍法,对10个优良甘蔗品种进行黑穗病抗性鉴定,同时记录甘蔗黑穗病潜伏期幼苗生长情况。结果表明:10个优良品种中高抗品种3个,抗病2级品种4个,中抗品种2个,中感品种1个,各品种的黑穗病发病潜伏期为97~158天。在黑穗病潜伏期内,桂糖46号的株高均较小,桂糖55号的株高均较大,桂糖58号的假茎粗均较大,而ROC22的假茎粗均较小。以上结果为筛选抗黑穗病品种和甘蔗品种合理布局及推广提供了科学依据。 Sugarcane smut is one of the most serious disease in sugarcane regions of China,which causes severe losses of cane yield.Breeding and screening varieties resistant to smut is one of the most effective ways to prevent and control the disease.In this study,the evaluation of resistant to smut in 10 excellent varieties of sugarcane was conducted by the method of dipping inoculation,while recording the growth characteristics of seedlings during the latent period of sugarcane smut.The results show that there are 3 varieties with high resistant,4 varieties with resistance level 2,2 varieties with medium-resistant,1 variety with mediumsusceptibility to smut.The latent period of smut occurrence of each variety was from 97 to 158 days.In the incubation period of smut,the variety of Guitang46 had a lower plant height,Guitang55 had a higher plant height,Guitang58 showed a larger stalk diameter and ROC22 had a smaller stalk diameter.The results would provide a scientific basis for screening sugarcane variety resistance to smut and the reasonable layout and promotion of sugarcane varieties.
