摘要
2018-2020年连续3年对34份玉米自交系进行抗瘤黑粉病人工接种鉴定,筛选到高抗玉米瘤黑粉病材料8份,占鉴定总材料的23.5%;抗材料4份,占鉴定材料的11.8%;中抗材料7份,占鉴定材料的20.6%;感病材料15份,占鉴定材料的44.1%。利用F2群体对8份高抗材料进行瘤黑粉病抗性遗传分析,抗感植株分离比例和适合性测验证明,自交系Z17HEB-19、Z17HEB-29、Z17HEB-35和Z17HEB-38对玉蜀黍黑粉菌的抗性可能受1对显性单基因控制。该研究结果为今后我国玉米瘤黑粉病抗性种质的引进及利用提供重要参考。
From 2018 to 2020,34 newly maize inbred lines were identified and evaluated for resistance to common smut.The results showed that eight maize inbreds were highly resistant to common smut,accounting for 23.5%.Four maize inbreds were resistant to common smut,accounting for 11.8%.Seven maize inbreds were moderately resistant to common smut,accounting for 20.6%.Fifteen maize inbreds were susceptible to common smut,accounting for 44.1%.Ustilago zeae was used to test the F 2 populations for analyzing the inheritance of common smut resistance in the eight highly resistance maize inbred lines.Genetic analysis suggested that Z17HEB-19,Z17HEB-29,Z17HEB-35 and Z17HEB-38 of eight inbred lines probably carried a single dominant gene conferring their resistance to common smut.The results provided useful information for the introduction of maize germplasms and genetic improvement for resistance to common smut.
