响应面法优化芦荟总黄酮提取工艺及抗氧化能力研究 被引量:4

Optimization of extraction process and antioxidant capacity of total flavonoids from Aloe vera by response surface methodology

摘要 采用超声辅助乙醇提取芦荟中总黄酮,以总黄酮得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面法优化提取工艺,并评价不同产地芦荟的抗氧化能力。结果表明:最优提取工艺为乙醇体积分数60%、浸泡时间2 h、料液比1∶16(g/mL)、提取时间18 min,在此条件下芦荟总黄酮得率为4.99%。在相同质量浓度下,印尼芦荟对DPPH·、ABTS^(+)·和·OH的清除率最高,当质量浓度为1.0 mg/mL时,依次为79.08%、99.82%、75.94%;各产地芦荟总黄酮抗氧化能力与其质量浓度呈正相关,且均具有较好的抗氧化能力。 Ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction was used to extract total flavonoids from Aloe vera.Tak­ing the yield of total flavonoids as an index,the extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology on the basis of single factor test,and the antioxidant capacity of Aloe vera from different ori­gins was evaluated.The results showed that the optimum extraction process was ethanol volume fraction 60%,soaking time 2 h,solid-liquid ratio 1:16(g/mL),extraction time 18 min.Under these condi­tions,the total flavonoids yield of Aloe vera was 4.99%.At the same mass concentration,Indonesia Aloe vera had the highest clearance rates of DPPH·,ABTS^(+)·,and•OH,which were 79.08%,99.82%,and 75.94%when the mass concentration was 1.0 mg/mL.The antioxidant capacity of total flavonoids of Aloe vera of all origins was positively correlated with its mass concentration,and all had good antioxidant capacity.
