摘要
微波萃取技术与传统加热提取技术相比,具有提取时间短、温度低、耗能低、品质高等优良特性。介绍了微波萃取技术基本原理,从微波萃取黄酮类化合物参数设计等方面阐述了微波技术在黄酮类化合物提取上的应用及有待解决的问题。
with the traditional technique of heating extraction, the microwave extraction technique is characteristic of short time, low temperature, low consumption and high quality. The basic theory of microwave extraction was introduced and problems of the application of microwave technique in flavonoids were explained in the views of extraction parameter establishment and extraction effect.
