摘要 黄酮类化合物是一类存在于自然界的、具有2-苯基色原酮结构的化合物,大量研究表明黄酮类化合物具有降压、降血脂、抗衰老、提高机体免疫力等药用价值.微波萃取技术是近年来备受关注的一种新技术,广泛应用于黄酮类化合物的提取.对微波萃取的机理、特性、方法及影响因素进行了概述,并介绍了微波萃取在提取黄酮类化合物方面的应用情况,为进一步研究和相关产品的开发奠定一定的理论基础. Flavonoids, found in nature, are compounds with 2 - benzene - chromone structure. A number of studies have shown that flavonoids are of medicinal value in lowering blood pres sure and blood lipid, resisting aging, and enhancing immunity of the organism. Microwave ex traction is a new technique which has attracted much attention in recent years and is widely used in the extraction of flavonoids. A summary is made as to the mechanism, characteristics, and methods of microwave extraction and the factors that will affect microwave extraction. The application of microwave extraction of flavonoids is introduced and the theoretical basis is pro vided for further research and development of related products.
