摘要
自坐封式截断阀应用在所有石油化工管道上,实现安全坐封,保护管道安全。基于固液两相流对自坐封式截断阀的坐封过程进行有限元仿真,对阀芯的四种工况进行理论分析与数值模拟,得出相应流场流线图、速度图,以及阀芯、阀芯底座的应力云图、变形云图。由结果可知,自坐封式截断阀的工作状态下,阀芯的接触表面存在严重的集中应力场,应力场的最大应力不超过16500 MPa(微小局部),最大变形量不超过0.055 mm;阀芯底座最大应力不超过654.47 MPa(微小局部),最大变形量不超过0.080mm,引起接触表面轻微变形,影响阀门使用寿命。研究结果对截断阀阀芯结构优化改进提供相应的理论支撑。
In the all petrochemical pipelines,the self-sealing block valve is applied to achieve safe setting and protect pipeline safety.Based on the solid-liquid two-phase flow,the finite element simulation of the setting process of the self-sealing block valve is carried out.Because theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of the four working conditions of the valve core is brought out,the corresponding flow field streamline diagram,velocity diagram,and the stress cloud diagram and deformation cloud diagram of the valve core and the valve core base are obtained.It can be seen from the results that under the working state of the self-sealing shut-off vahe,there is a serious concentrated stress field on the contact surface of the valve core,and the maximum stress in the stress field does not exceed 16500MPa(Partial),and the maximum deformation does not exceed 0.055mm;the maximum stress of the spool base does not exceed 654.47MPa(Partial),and the maximum deformation does not exceed 0.080mm.which causing slight deformation of the contact surface and affecting the service life of the valve.Therefore,the result provides corresponding theoretical support for the optimization and improvement of the shut-off valve spool structure.
