摘要
某高压型气动阀门前置级采用射流管式结构,针对其射流先导级结构特点,运用Fluent流场仿真软件,对在不同喷嘴直径、接受孔直径、喷嘴到接受孔间距等因素下射流先导级压力恢复特性进行了仿真研究。为验证仿真结果的准确性,设计了相应工装,完成了射流级流场仿真验证实验,实验结果与仿真结果保持了较好的一致性。
The pilot stage of a certain type pneumatic valve adopts the jet pipe structure.Focused on its first stage structure,the effect of different influential factors,including jet diameters,receiver diameters,gaps between jet and receivers and so on,on the recoverable pressure of the first stage is researched by the software Flunet.To verify the simulation results,an essential facility is designed to complete the validating experiments.The experiment results are consistent with the simulation.
