摘要
结合数字化手段监测历史建筑穹顶结构的真实状态,有利于尽早发现安全风险并进行预防性保护。常规的监测技术和方法仅能获取离散数据,在平台端进行直接呈现,缺少数据自动化分析和综合评估的能力。以兰心大戏院观众厅穹顶钢桁架为对象,通过结构分析布设了监测点位并安装了自动化监测设备,建立了“整体安全—专业评估分项—监测点位”的三级评估逻辑和“一级蓝色、二级橙色、三级红色”的三级预警机制,提出了综合考虑历史数据和有限元模拟数据的阈值确定方法,构建了历史建筑穹顶结构安全智能监测评估平台,基于WebGL技术实现了钢桁架整体变形云图的实时渲染,探索了历史建筑穹顶结构安全的数字化智能监测和评估技术方法,有助于促进历史建筑数字化保护技术的科学发展。
Combining digital means to monitor the real state of the dome structure of historical buildings is conducive to early detection of safety risks and preventive protection.Conventional monitoring technologies and methods can only obtain discrete data and present it directly on the platform,lacking the ability of automatic data analysis and comprehensive evaluation.Taking the steel truss of the auditorium dome of Lanxin Grand Theater as the object,through structural analysis,monitoring points were set up and automatic monitoring equipment was installed.A three-level evaluation logic of"overall safety-professional evaluation sub-item-monitoring points"and a three-level early warning mechanism of"first-level blue,second-level orange,and third-level red"were established,and a threshold determination method that comprehensively considered historical data and finite element simulation data was proposed.The intelligent monitoring and evaluation platform for the safety of the dome structure of historical buildings has been built.The real-time rendering of the overall deformation nephogram of the steel truss has been realized based on WebGL technology.The digital intelligent monitoring and evaluation technology for the safety of the dome structure of historical buildings has been explored,which is helpful to promote the scientific development of the digital protection technology of historical buildings.
