摘要
介绍了烟台国润铜业有限公司用液体副产硫氢化钠代替固体硫化钠用于污酸处理硫化工序的试验和工业应用情况。在实验室试验和中试的基础上,进行了副产硫氢化钠硫化工艺的工业化应用,并通过生产实践优化了生产工艺,取得了较好的经济效益。采用副产硫氢化钠硫化工艺处理铜冶炼含砷污酸,工艺改造投资仅10万元,药剂费用每年可节约71.6万元,且具有除砷效率稳定、工人劳动强度低、产出砷渣量少、钠离子带入量少等优点,值得推广使用。
The test and industrial application of replacing solid sodium sulfide with liquid by-product sodium hydrosulfide in the sulfuration process of waste acid treatment in Yantai Guorun Copper Co.,Ltd.are introduced.On the basis of laboratory and pilot tests,the industrial application of the by-product sodium hydrosulfide vulcanization process was carried out,and the production process was optimized through production practice,achieving good economic benefits.Using the by-product sodium hydrosulfide sulfuration process to treat arsenic containing waste acid from copper smelting,the investment in process transformation is only ten thousand yuan,and the annual cost of reagents can be saved by 716 thousand yuan.It has the advantages of stable arsenic removal efficiency,low labor intensity of workers,low arsenic slag output,and low sodium ion entrainment,and is worth promoting and using widely.
