摘要
介绍了大冶有色金属集团股份有限公司冶炼厂净化污酸处理系统的工艺改进、主要设备及运行情况。改进后污酸处理系统先采用硫化处理再采用石灰-铁盐法处理,处理后废水能稳定达标排放或回用,减少了含砷石膏渣的产生量。新增硫化工序主要设备是利用闲置的硫酸净化工序部分设备改造而成,节省了投资成本。
Process improvement and operation of the main equipment in waste acid purification treatment system in Smelter of Daye Nonferrous Metal Group Co. ,Ltd. are described. The improved waste acid treatment system of vulcanizing treatment as the first step and lime-ferric salt treatment as the second step made the treated waste water up to the discharge standand or recycled, thus reducing the generation of gypsum slag containing arsenic. The major equipment of newly added vulcanization process saves investment cost, which were transformed from some idle equipment in sulphuric acid purification process.
