摘要
石化企业废气中的主要污染物成分是硫化氢,为了保护环境,采用传统克劳斯法将此废气加工成硫磺,但投资大,产出低,运行成本高。硫氢化钠装置的开发与应用,为没有资金实力建设硫磺装置的小型炼油厂提供了一个解决硫化氢污染问题的新途径。
Hydrogen sulfide is the major pollutants of exhaust gas from petrochemical enterprises.In order to protect the environment,the traditional process of sulfur Klaus method is adopted,yet the investment is high,the output is low and the operation cost is high.The development and application of sodium hydrosulphide device offers a new approach for small refineries without enough capital strength to construct sulfur device to solve the pollution problem caused by hydrogen sulfide.
