摘要 结合赫兹接触理论和应力-强度干涉模型,基于二阶矩法建立滚动轴承可靠性灵敏度分析模型。以7218角接触球轴承为研究对象,通过与蒙特卡罗方法对比验证了分析模型的正确性,并分析了内外圈沟底直径、球径、内外圈沟道半径、轴向载荷、许用接触应力对轴承可靠性灵敏度的影响,结果表明:内外圈沟底直径对轴承可靠性影响较大,设计时需严格控制。 Combined with Hertz contact theory and stress-strength interference model,the reliability sensitivity analysis model of rolling bearing is established based on second moment method.Taking 7218 angular contact ball bearing as a research object,the correctness of analysis model is verified by comparison with Monte Carlo method,and the influence of inner and outer ring raceway bottom diameter,ball diameter,inner and outer ring raceway radius,axial load and allowable contact stress on reliability sensitivity of the bearing is analyzed.The results show that the inner and outer ring raceway bottom diameter have great influence on reliability of the bearing,which should be strictly controlled during design.
