摘要 在滑动轴承运行中,润滑的可靠性对其使用寿命至关重要。文中提出结合响应面(RSM)与马尔可夫蒙特卡罗子集模拟(MCMC)的润滑可靠性方法。首先,采用应力-强度干涉模型,结合弹流润滑的膜厚比建立滑动轴承润滑可靠性模型。然后,考虑温度对弹流润滑效应的影响,通过2次RSM构造润滑的膜厚方程。最后,利用MCMC子集模拟法计算滑动轴承润滑的失效概率。实例分析表明,该方法对滑动轴承的润滑可靠性分析具有较高的计算精度和效率。 In the operation of sliding bearing,lubrication reliability is very important to its service life.In this article,an algorithm is developed in combination with the response surface method(RSM)and markov chain monte carlo(MCMC)subset simulation.Firstly,the stress-strength interference model is set up,and the film thickness ratio in terms of elastohydrodynamic lubrication is used to work out the reliability model of sliding bearing.Then,with the effect of temperature on elastohydrodynamic lubrication taken into account,the film-thickness equation is constructed by means of two RSM operations.Finally,with the help of MCMC subset simulation,the failure probability is calculated.These experimental results show that this algorithm enjoys a high standard of computational accuracy and efficiency for the analysis on the lubrication reliability of sliding bearing.
