lncRNA作为ceRNA参与婴幼儿血管瘤发生发展机制的研究进展

Progress in the mechanism of lncRNA as ceRNA involved in the pathogenesis and progression of infantile hemangioma

摘要 婴幼儿血管瘤(IH)是一种以血管内皮细胞异常增生与血管形成为主要特征的良性肿瘤,其具体发病机制至今仍不明确。近年来长链非编码RNA被证实在IH组织中存在特异性表达,作为促进因子或抑制因子参与血管瘤疾病的发生发展过程。本文就长链非编码RNA作为竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)形式参与IH发生发展的作用机制作一综述,为未来IH的精准化治疗提供新的研究思路。 Infantile hemangioma(IH)is a benign tumor characterized by abnormal proliferation of vascular endothelial cells and angiogenesis,and its specific pathogenesis is still unclear.In recent years,long non-coding RNAs have been shown to be expressed explicitly in IH tissues and involved in developing hemangioma disease as promoters or inhibitors.This article reviews the mechanism of long-chain non-coding RNA as ceRNA in the pathogenesis and development of IH,which provides new research ideas for the precise treatment of IH in the future.
