摘要
肝癌衍生生长因子(HDGF)最初是从人肝癌细胞系Hu H-7的培养液中分离纯化得到的一种生长因子,其广泛分布于人体的各种组织,具有再生、重构、营养神经、创伤修复等功能,同时还参与转录调控、细胞凋亡、生长与分化、迁移等活动。子宫内膜癌是发生于子宫内膜上皮的恶性肿瘤,目前HDGF与子宫内膜癌的研究处于新兴阶段,该文就HDGF结构、功能以及与人子宫内膜癌的关系予以综述。
Hepatoma-derived growth factor(HDGF) is a new growth factor purified from enchylema of human hepatoma cell line HUH-7, which is widely distributed in human tissues and involved in regeneration, remodeling, trophic nerve, wound repair, and takes part in transcriptional control,cell apoptosis, cell growth and differentiation, and migration. Endometrial carcinoma is a malignant tumor that occurs in endometrial epi- thelium. Researches about the relationship between endometrial carcinoma and HDGF are still at the beginning. Here is to make a review of the structure and function of HDGF and the clinical studies in endometrial carcinoma.
