摘要
在不改变装置生产工艺的前提下,对某炼化1#硫回收装置所应用的LS-DeGAS降低硫回收装置烟气SO_(2)排放成套技术进行操作优化,1#硫回收装置排放烟气中ρ(SO_(2))从55~75 mg/m^(3)降至30~50 mg/m^(3),优化效果显著,同时增强了装置抗扰动能力。
Under the premise of not changing the production process of the unit,the operation optimization of the LS-DeGAS reduction sulphur recovery unit flue gas SO_(2)emission reduction technology applied in the 1#sulphur recovery unit of a refinery was carried out.The SO_(2)emission value of the 1#sulphur recovery unit has been reduced from 55-75 mg/m^(3)to 30-50 mg/m^(3).The optimization effect is remarkable,and the anti-disturbance capability of the device is also enhanced.
