摘要
针对氧化吸收工艺应用于天然气净化厂Claus尾气减排的情况,利用VMGSim软件模拟了该工艺脱除Claus尾气中SO_2并返回二级Claus工艺的过程,阐明了不同的SO_2返回位置对硫回收率及主燃烧炉温度的影响,并提出了应对措施,可为氧化吸收工艺在天然气净化厂的应用提供重要参考。
Aiming at the emission reduction of Claus tail gas from oxidation-absorption process of natural gas purification plant,the process of removing SO 2 from Claus tail gas and returning two-stage Claus was simulated using VMGSim software.The influences of different SO 2 returned position on sulfur recovery rate and the temperature of combustion furnace was illustrated,and the corresponding countermeasures were provided.It can be an important reference to the application of oxidation-absorption process in natural gas purification plants in the near future.
