摘要
主要描述了梅钢1422热轧板生产线卷取机构架结构振动问题的现场测试方法和具体过程,采用瑞典SPM公司的冲击振动测量技术,通过Intellionva支持16通道的最新一代在线检测系统对卷取机机架进行网络化诊断,检测系统通过冲击脉冲传感器采集测试数据,分析、归纳出故障特征、故障原因。结果表明,卷取机机架的固有频率与工作频率引起了设备共振。通过采取相应的措施,降低了共振的发生,消除了设备安全隐患,满足了正常生产需求。
This paper mainly describes the on-site test method and specific process of the coiler frame vibration problem of Meigang 1422 hot rolling plate production line.Using the impact vibration measurement technology of SPM company in Sweden,the coiler frame is networked diagnosed through the latest generation online detection system supported by intellionva with 16 channels.The detection system collects the test data through the impact pulse sensor,analyzes and summarizes the fault characteristics and causes.The results show that the natural frequency and working frequency of the coiler frame cause the equipment resonance.By taking corresponding measures,the occurrence of resonance is reduced,the hidden dangers of equipment safety are eliminated,and the requirements of normal production are met.
