摘要
平整轧机振动在冶金企业普遍存在,振动造成支撑辊表面出现振痕而影响带钢表面质量。本文首先对某平整轧机进行了振动在线监测,获得了振动特征及规律;然后从理论上进行研究和仿真分析,得出轴承间隙可诱发轧机振动的的结论;最后提出抑制平整轧机振动的措施并实施,取得了良好的抑振效果。
The vibration of temper mill is common in metallurgical enterprises,which causes vibration marks on the surface of back-up roll,and then affects the surface quality of strip steel.In this paper,the vibration of a temper mill is monitored online,and the vibration characteristics and rules are obtained.Then it is concluded that the bearing clearance can induce the vibration of rolling mill by theoretical research and simulation analysis.Finally,the measures to suppress the vibration of rolling mill are put forward and implemented,and good effect is obtained.
