摘要
大国博弈引发的地缘政治冲突对全球产业链供应链带来冲击,全球能源格局和转型节奏面临深度调整。在能源转型过程当中提高能源系统韧性和抗冲击能力极为重要。能源发展需要充分考虑供需平衡和经济发展的需求,传统能源的逐步退出要建立在新能源安全可靠替代的基础上。加快推进能源转型,应坚持先立后破,把握好能源转型节奏,同时需要有力的政策保障。能源安全不仅要确保煤炭、石油、天然气稳定供应,还要确保可再生能源原材料、技术、设备安全以及现代化的电网安全。加强合作是应对能源领域挑战的唯一出路。在共同应对能源转型和保障能源安全方面,中美合作具有重大的现实意义和长远的战略意义。
The geopolitical conflicts caused by the great power game takes a major impact on the global industry and supply chain and the global energy landscape and the transition pace faces deep adjustment.In the process of energy transition,it is very important to improve the resilience and shock resistance of the energy system.Energy development should fully take into account the balance of supply and demand,and the needs of economic development.The replacement of traditional energy should be based on the safe and reliable replacement of new energy.We need to accelerate the energy transition,get stability first and breakthrough later,and maintain the pace of the energy transition with strong political support.Energy security requires not only a stable supply of coal,oil and natural gas,but also the security of renewable energy resources,technologies and equipment,as well as a modern power grid.In dealing with the energy transition and ensuring energy security,China-US cooperation has great practical and long-term strategic significance.
