摘要
高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育和日常事务管理中的关键一环,在构建服务育人体系中的地位愈发突出。尤其是在当今建设世界一流大学和一流学科的大背景下,将会越来越重视高校的人才培养质量,充分发挥高校辅导员的服务育人功能,在服务人中教育人、引导人,继而为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人营造良好的环境显得至关重要。高校辅导员应当坚持以生为本的教育理念,不断夯实工作基础,抓好学生干部队伍建设,不断提升高校辅导员服务育人水平。
As a key link in the ideological and political education and daily affairs management of college students,college counselors play an increasingly prominent role in building a service education system.Especially in the context of building a world-class university and first-class disciplines,the quality of talent training in colleges and universities will be paid more and more attention.It is very important to give full play to the service and education function of college counselors,educate and guide people in the service people,and then create a good environment for cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,art and la-bor.College counselors should adhere to the student-centered education concept,constantly consolidate the work foundation,pay attention to the construction of student cadres,and constantly improve the service and education level of college counselors.
