摘要
高技能人才是技能人才中的高层次人才,是高素质技术技能人才未来重要的发展方向之一。黄炎培职业教育思想是黄炎培等职教先贤长期职业教育实践与研究的成果,如何借鉴黄炎培职业教育思想,对促进高技能人才的培养、促进技能社会建设和职业教育的高质量发展有着极为重要的意义。通过回顾高职人才培养目标的定位与演变过程,从工作层面、能力表现、产业发展、心智构成等角度剖析了高技能人才的特征,挖掘黄炎培职业教育思想中技能人才培养的主要观点,对高技能人才的培养提出了参考建议。
High-skilled talents are at higher level among skilled talents,which guides the direction of cultivating high-quality technical talents.Huang Yanpei’s thought on vocational education is the fruit delivered by the long-term practice of and research on vocational education of the early founders in this respect including Huang Yanpei himself.To draw on his thought is of great significance to the cultivation of high-skilled talents,and to the construction of skilled society and the high-quality development of vocational education.This paper reviews the orientation and evolution of the training goals of higher vocational talents,and analyzes the characteristics of high-skilled talents from the perspectives of their specific work,performance,industrial development,their mentality and etc.,and delves into the core views on skilled talent cultivation of Huang Yanpei’s thought,in order to offer reference in this regard.
