摘要
目的评价动态心电图检查在老年冠心病心肌缺血和心律失常患者中的诊断价值。方法选定2021年1月-2022年8月我院收治共计100例老年冠心病患者,全部进行常规心电图和动态心电图检查,对比分析诊断结果。结果动态心电图检查对心肌缺血的检出率为86.00%,明显较常规心电图检查的69.00%更高(P<0.05)。动态心电图检查对心律失常的检出率为89.00%,明显较常规心电图检查的72.00%更高(P<0.05)。结论动态心电图检查在老年冠心病心肌缺血和心律失常患者中的诊断价值较高,可显著提升心肌缺血和心律失常检出率,可为老年冠心病的临床诊断、治疗提供决策性依据,值得推荐、应用。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of holter electrocardiogram in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected to undergo routine electrocardiogram and holter electrocardiogram examination,and the diagnostic results were compared and analyzed.Results The detection rate of myocardial ischemia by dynamic ECG was 86.00%,which was significantly higher than that by conventional ECG(69.00%)(P<0.05).The detection rate of holter ECG for arrhythmia was 89.00%,which was significantly higher than that of routine ECG(72.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Holter ECG has high diagnostic value in elderly patients with coronary heart disease myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia,can significantly improve the detection rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia,and can provide decision-making basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of elderly coronary heart disease,worthy of recommendation and application.
