摘要
目的:对老年冠心病患者检查心电图的临床特征进行分析。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年12月于本院进行检查的老年冠心病患者60例作为观察组,再选择同一时间到本院体检的健康老年患者60例作为对照组,所有患者均行心电图检查,比较两组检查者临床结果。结果:观察组患者的心律失常以及心肌缺血数据大于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:给冠心病老年患者进行心电图检查,能够有效反映出患者的心律失常以及心肌缺血情况,给后期治疗提供了可靠的参考数据。
Objective:To analyze the clinical features of ECG in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Choose 60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were examined in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 as the observation group,and then choose 60 healthy elderly patients who came to our hospital for physical examination at the same time as the control group.All patients were accepted ECG examination,compare the clinical results of the two groups of examiners.Results:The data of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:ECG examination for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively reflect the patient’s arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia,provide reliable reference data for later treatment,and recommend clinical promotion.
