摘要
目的:主要针对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称,冠心病)患者应用动态心电图与常规心电图的诊断效果进行探究,使其提升临床诊断效果。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年4月本院收治的185例冠心病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受动态心电图与常规心电图诊断,比较两组患者诊断结果情况。结果:常规心电图诊断心肌缺血阳性101例,阳性率为54.59%;动态心电图诊断心肌缺血阳性143例,阳性率为77.29%,两组阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规心电图诊断心律失常房性早搏发生率28.65%,室性早搏32.97%;动态心电图诊断心律失常房性早搏发生率46.49%,室性早搏48.11%;差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床使用动态心电图对患者进行诊断,临床诊断有效性较高,可为临床治疗提供更为准确的数据。
Objective:In this paper,the diagnostic effect of dynamic electrocardiogram(DKG)and conventional electrocardiogram(RKG)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)was explored,so as to improve the clinical diagnostic effect.Methods:In this study,185 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients received diagnosis of dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram,and the diagnosis results of the two groups were compared.Results:101 patients were diagnosed with myocardial ischemia by conventional ECG,and the positive rate was 54.59%.There were 143 positive cases of myocardial ischemia diagnosed by dynamic electrocardiogram(77.29%),and there was statistical significance in the positive detection rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of atrial and ventricular premature beats diagnosed by conventional electrocardiogram was 28.65%and 32.97%.The incidence of atrial and ventricular premature beats diagnosed by dynamic electrocardiogram was 46.49%and 48.11%respectively.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical use of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of patients,clinical diagnosis is more effective,can provide more accurate data for clinical treatment.
