胸腔镜联合3D打印技术在肺段切除术中的临床效果及预后分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析胸腔镜联合3D打印技术在肺段切除术中的应用效果和预后价值。方法:选取医院收治的92例接受肺段切除术治疗的患者,按随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组予以胸腔镜联合高分辨率计算机断层扫描(CT)技术进行诊疗,观察组予以胸腔镜联合3D打印技术进行诊疗,比较两组疗效、术中指标、术后恢复情况和预后情况等。结果:观察组患者肺段切除术总有效率为93.48%,高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.390,P<0.05);观察组患者术中出血量、胸液总量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.755,t=7.213;P<0.05),手术时长、胸管放置时间和住院天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.615,t=8.747,t=5.722;P<0.05);两组淋巴结清扫数比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.339,P>0.05)。观察组和对照组术后并发症发生率分别为8.70%和26.09%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.842,P<0.05)。结论:在肺段切除术中,胸腔镜联合3D打印技术的疗效显著,有利于降低手术难度,缩短手术时长,降低手术风险,进而改善预后,具有临床应用价值。 Objective:To analyze the application effect and prognosis value of thoracoscopy combined with three-dimensional(3D)printing technique in segmentectomy.Methods:A total of 92 patients who underwent segmentectomy in hospital were selected and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the number random table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thoracoscopy combined with high-resolution computed tomography(CT)technique,and the observation group was treated with thoracoscopy combined with 3D printing technique.The curative effect,intraoperative indicators,postoperative recovery and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the observation group(93.48%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.26%)(χ^(2)=4.390,P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding and total volume of pleural fluid of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(t=10.755,t=7.213,P<0.05),and the operation time,the placement time of chest tube and length of stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(t=10.615,t=8.747,t=5.722,P<0.05),but there was no difference between the two groups in the number of lymph node dissection(t=0.339,P<0.05).The incidence of complications included infection,pulmonary edema,pleural effusion and hemoptysis in the observation group(8.70%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.09%)(χ^(2)=4.842,P<0.05).Conclusion:In segmentectomy,thoracoscopy combined with 3D printing technique has a significantly curative effect,which is beneficial to reduce the difficulty of operation,and shorten the length of operation,and reduce the risk of operation,and thus improve the prognosis.It is worthy in clinical application.
