摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术在下颌骨肿瘤的应用。方法 8例下颌骨肿瘤患者,术前行64排螺旋CT扫描和MRI3.0T扫描,进行三维重建配准,通过快速成型技术制作肿瘤模型和修复块,术中引导骨肿瘤截骨,术后对手术效果进行评价。结果 8例患者平均随访36个月,均无局部复发,无假体周围感染、松动及断裂事件发生。结论 3D打印技术应用于下颌骨肿瘤可以明确肿瘤位置,并且减少了手术的操作时间,可以达到更佳的手术效果。
Objective To investigate the application of 3D printing in the treatment of mandibular tumor. Methods Eight patients with mandibular tumor underwent spiral CT scanner and MRI before surgery. The data was reconstructed by 3D imaging reconstruction workstation. The operation was simulated and the individual resection plate was designed on the virtual 3D model according to the surgical procedure, with the rapid prototyping technology. Results The patients were followed up for 36 months in average. No local recurrence, endoprostheses infection, loos- ening and fracture were found. Conclusion 3D printing is helpful in the accurate reduction of mandibular tumor and can also save the operation time.
