摘要
推进乡村振兴,关键在于人才振兴。乡村振兴面临着人才匮乏的现实瓶颈,具有赋能乡村人才振兴情感共通、目标协同和人岗匹配优势的农业类高职院校,可通过提高乡村社会资本质量,有效解决乡村社会信任资本不足、网络资本落后、规范资本缺失等困境,重构乡村社会资本信任新格局、网络新生态和规范新体系,推进农业类高职院校毕业生积极向乡村流动,汇聚“一懂两爱”农业人才,确保乡村全面振兴,助力中国式现代化宏伟目标早日实现。
The key of promoting the comprehensive rural revitalization is talent revitalization.But rural revitaliza⁃tion is facing a bottleneck of talent shortage.Agricultural vocational colleges which have the advantages of triggering the shared feelings of rural talents and goals towards rural revitalization and person-post match can effectively solve the prob⁃lems of lack of social trust capital in rural areas,the backwardness of network capital and the lack of capital by recon⁃structuring a new pattern of social trust capital,a new network ecosystem and system of regulation,which can motivate graduates of agricultural higher vocational college to flow to the rural areas,accumulating more agricultural talents to drive the rural revitalization and help achieving the goal of Chinese modernization.
